Somewhere in Seattle.... where is this?

Answer to last week's puzzle after the jump.
Last week's picture is some of the stonework detail on the south side of the Paramount Theater near the Convention Center.
As I walk through downtown I am increasingly aware of the often elaborate carved stone on so many of the older buildings. Many have prodigious amounts of stone that teams of masons likely worked months cutting and fitting. While more modern buildings may use slabs or veneers of marble or granite, and occasional blocks to outline corners or entrance ways, the elaborate and extravagant use of it has, alas, become another mark of a bygone era.
