Somewhere in Seattle.... where is this?

Answer to last week's puzzle after the jump.
Last week's photo as taken on the mezzanine level of the Pioneer Square station in the Downtown Seattle Transit Tunnel at the north end looking south. Many of the tunnel stations have similar vaulted ceilings, but all have different slightly different layouts and cosmetic finishes. A previous post showed some of the detail from this same station.
Looking out my window in Somerset this morning I see great billowing clouds of rain roiling sideways. I was out earlier, and it is a Truly Wet one. Full monsoon gear advised. It's days like today that cause me to wonder afresh at those who choose to drive and struggle with the visibility and the impatient clowns on the roads. Meanwhile, I'll be going from covered park-and-ride to dry transit tunnel a block from my destination, saving time, money, and aggravation. Public transit works, and works well. If you're not tried it, you should; it's not hard.
